A dealer group now runs a parent account with a child account for every rooftop, so each store gets an agent configured for that store while the group keeps one standard.

A dealer group is not one dealership repeated. Different brands, different floors, different sales teams, and a buyer who neither knows nor cares which of your stores holds the car they want.

So the Sales Agent now runs on a parent account with a child account for every rooftop.

Every rooftop gets its own agent

Each store runs its own agent, configured for that store: its own name and voice, the inventory on its floor, the languages it answers in, and its own lead routing into its own team. A rooftop is not a filter applied to one group-wide agent.

Set once, not twenty times

Identity, voice and capabilities come from the group by default, and a rooftop overrides only what genuinely differs. Every setting shows whether it came from the group or was set at the store, so nobody has to guess which one is in force.

Every domain belongs to one account. Open it and each setting says whether it came from the group or was set at the store.

No lead falls between stores

Every agent knows what the other locations carry. A buyer who asks one store about a car sitting at another is told where it is instead of being told no, and can be handed to that store inside the same conversation.

One group site, or one per store

A site covering the whole group belongs to the parent account. A store’s own site belongs to that store. A rooftop can run more than one site, each with its own look and its own opening line, on the same agent and the same inventory.

Where to find it

In the Admin Portal, under Settings, then Sales Agent, then Chat widget. Pick a domain and configure it. Speak to your Ekho contact to have your group structure set up, and see what else changes across a group on the dealer group page.
