Any source that speaks ADF

Listing sites deliver their enquiries as ADF, the standard automotive lead format, and the AI Sales Agent now reads it. That covers the sites most dealers already run: Autotrader, Cars.com, CarGurus, Edmunds and TrueCar on the automotive side, and CycleTrader, ChopperExchange, Moto-Hunt, ATV Trader and Cyclecrunch on the powersports side. It is not a list we maintain. Any site that sends ADF works, including one you add next year.

What arrives

Forward the emails to the address your Ekho contact gives you and each one becomes a lead in your CRM, with the buyer's details and the vehicle they asked about already attached. The agent picks it up the way it picks up any other lead: it answers, it qualifies, and it books.

The source travels with the lead

Every lead records the site that sent it. Filter on it and you can see which of the sites you pay for produce buyers who go on to purchase, rather than which produce the most enquiries.

Where to find it

In the Admin Portal, open CRM. New leads appear in the table with the sending site recorded against them, and each buyer's thread sits in Conversations. Ask your Ekho contact for the forwarding address and to register your dealership against it.
