SMS Student View

The Student View shown here allows the user to:

• Creat a new student or potential customer.

• Link that student to an employer (Company) if appropriate.

• Keep notes in the Misc. field. (I keep a date log of phone calls for example.)

• Specify what course they might be interested in for the future.

• Specify what course they want to be notified of immediately when it is scheduled (Wait List).

• See what classes the student is registered in or has taken in the past.

• Record class marks under Classes.

• Keep track of who does not want to be contacted by fax, mail or e-mail.

• Send e-mail to the student.

• Print Envelopes for the student.

• "Classes" tab allows you to quickly see all past and upcoming classes for this student.

• "Wait List" tab allows the administrator to specify what course the student wants immediate notice for when they are scheduled and when.

• The "Interests" tab allows marketers to target those who have a general interest in upcoming events.

• "Drag Zone" allows you to drag and drop a student on to a calendar and print their personal schedule in a blink!"
