SMS Courses View

The Course View shown here allows the user to:

• Edit or Create new "Course Information" by setting names, prices, default hours.

• Add prospective names to the "Waiting List" for this course and notify later.

• See all dates scheduled for the course under the "Schedule" tab.

• Specify what "Instructors" are qualified to teach it.

• Specify the "File Names" of support documents:

• Course Descriptions in Word format for automatic printing with invoices.

• Print file format for automatic printing with invoices.

• HTML format to link on automatically generated web schedule, price list and course registration pages.

• "Waiting List" so you NEVER forget anyone who wants to be kept posted on future classes.

• "Schedule" tab allows you to quickly see all upcoming classes for the course for that desperate phone caller.

• "Instructors" tab allows the administrator to specify what courses instructors are allowed to teach and thus never assign an instructor to a wrong class.

• The "File Names" tab allows you to specify what documents to print for course outlines and links on the web generated schedules, price lists and on-line registration forms.
