SMS Calendar View

The Calendar View shown here allows the user to:

• See at a glance what is scheduled for a given classroom.

• View classes by name, number, price, students enrolled, Instructor.

• View Calendar by Busy days, free days only or All.

• Re-schedule a class with a simple right click on top of a class box.

• Request details on a class.

• See if there are any Instructor conflicts at a glance. (blue flag)

• See what days are scheduled school holidays (red flag).

• Access the Class View form.

• Access the Course View form.

• Specify what taxes are applicable at what percentage.

• Print the calendar for:.

  • Whole school.

  • One Classroom.

  • One Class

  • One Instructor

  • One Student
