Airport. Every aspect of the facility, inside and out, has been
designed and built by the owner, Elton Hammond with 3D
AutoCAD. The Facility was built by Elton Hammond using an innovative
building material for the outside walls called Swiss Argisol Blocks. (Styrofoam blocks filled
with Concrete). Because of this experience, Elton Hammond also provided the first design of a highly
successful competing Canadian product called
Arxx High Performance Wall system by
ARXX Building Products of
Cobourg, Ontario. (Formerly BlueMax by AAB)

Courses, Facilities and Instructors meet and exceed Autodesk and students' needs and requirements. EKHO has invested heavily over the past 17 years to build a first class Autodesk Premier Training Center Facility to service the Canadian and US markets. For the students convenience and comfort The EKHO Institute provides a fully functional kitchen, including stove, fridge, microwave oven and eating area along with a lounge where the students can relax during their lunch hour. The Emerald Links Club House and Restaurant is directly across the street and offers daily luncheon specials at a reasonable charge and for those who would like to venture into Manotick, five minutes away, many restaurants are available.
