| 1. Is it Y2K compatible? | Yes! It is based on the latest Visual Fox Pro 6 from Microsoft. |
| 2. Will it work on a network! | Yes! We have always run it on a network, but it can be run on a single NT4 or Windows 95/98 workstations as well. |
| 3. Can multiple users log on? | Yes, we have always run it this way for the past 9+ years! |
| 4. Can the schedule be posted to the Internet? | Yes, very easily so that your web is up to date all the time with the EKHO SMS schedule. |
| 5. Can it be customized to suit my needs? | Yes, this is it's history! It has been and always will be customized in many ways by both the user and the developers. |
| 6. Does it check for conflicts? | Yes, for instructors and classrooms. Impossible to double book a classroom. Instructor conflicts can be manually forced by the user if they wish to ignore the warnings from the software. This was done to allow a scheduler to make changes without having the software lock them up tight. |
| 7. Is it easy to learn? | Exceptionally, once a user has had 3 or 4 hours of basic training or read the manual, it works in a most intuitive fashion. |
