feature.
Delete
invoices for students that cancel BEFORE deleting them from the class.
Print
out invoice reports monthly for reconciling with your accounting software.

the Invoicing module even if you have traditional accounting software because of
it's convenient auto fill and creation/printing of a complete information
package for the students.
Administrator
Tips:
Use the right
click menus to access features quickly.
Access
other forms and data primarily from the calendar view.
Classes
can be placed in multiple classrooms.
After
entering a student for registration in a class, drag their "drag zone"
onto the appropriate class on the calendar and drop to confirm and invoice.
For
quick invoicing, print the invoice to a PDF file and attach to the e-mail option
in the Print dialogue for Invoices. (Alternatively you can fax the invoice from
inside the system if you have a program like Winfax Pro)
Scheduling
Tips:
Generate your web schedules and prices
from the Report Generator to ensure accurate coordinating with your web posted
classes, save errors and a lot of time.
Make sure you have
set correct file names in the Course view, File Names tab for each class and
course to link to your existing web based course schedule and price list names.
Fill
out an instructor's available or non-available times to avoid booking in the
wrong time slots.
